North Carolina has been home to Eric and his family for over 25 years. He loves the Triangle area and knows the real estate market inside and out. So, if you are relocating, Eric’s knowledge of the area is a real asset and he enjoys welcoming newcomers!

A bit more about Eric DeRosa….

Eric is originally from West Virginia and is a proud WVU graduate. Real estate opportunities have taken him from sunny St. Petersburg Beach, FL to the mountains of Asheville, NC, and then to beautiful Cary/Apex/Holly Springs where his wife, Janice, and he have lived for over 25 years. They think North Carolina has been the perfect place to raise their two daughters. They frequent the mountains three hours to the west and love the beaches just two hours to the east. But most of all, they enjoy all that the Triangle area itself has to offer. It’s a great place to call home.

Eric comes from a large family (youngest of 9 and uncle to 35 nieces and nephews)! He met his wife in Florida and they have been married for 35 years. They have two daughters: Chloe is in grad school studying to become an Audiologist at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Sophie graduated from NC State in 2021 and now lives in Morrisville and works as a software engineer for Pendo. They all love to travel out west, mainly to Colorado and Arizona. Jeeping through old western ghost towns is one of their favorite activities. Their favorite in-state destinations are Black Mountain and Blowing Rock! Locally, they enjoy hiking, biking, and geo-caching at the many nearby trails, parks, and lakes, as well as attending community plays, concerts, and sporting events.
